Subsystem Technologies, Inc. Awarded Contract for R&D, Logistics, and Program Support Services for the U.S. Army’s Project Manager Soldier Weapons (PM SW)

ARLINGTON, Va.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Subsystem Technologies, Inc. (SUBSYSTEMs) was awarded a technical support services contract for the U.S. Army Project Manager Soldier Weapons (PM SW). On this contract, SUBSYSTEMs will support the PM SW mission to provide our nation’s soldiers with world class individual and crew-served weapons through the enhancement of current systems and the development of next generation weapons technology.

KMS Solutions Awarded $27.6 Million Contract for US Navy Training Requirements Work

Melbourne, Florida – KMS Solutions, LLC (KMS), a Subsystem Technologies, Inc. company, has been awarded a prime contractor task order by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and its Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport under the U.S. Navy’s SeaPort-e program.  The total potential value of the award is $27.6 million over 5 years.

Under the terms of the contract, KMS will support the Navy Technical Training Audit Program (TTAP) requirements by performing technical training audits; provide training project management support; evaluate and assess commercial training techniques and solutions; provide configuration management (CM) support; and provide logistics support services that include: material packaging, shipping, receiving, inspection, and inventory and tracking of training systems components, from the time they are received through final Government acceptance.at Norfolk Naval Station in Virginia and KMS facilities.  In addition KMS will provide project management support services to identify Navy training requirements for the proper planning and execution of Initial Install, Interim, and Life Cycle training for multiple ship classes to include the Littoral Combat Ship, Guided Missile Destroyers, Landing Helicopter Ships, Guided Missile Cruisers, Nuclear Aircraft Carriers, Amphibious Transport Ships, Expeditionary Mobile Base Ships, and Nuclear-Powered Submarines.

Subsystem Technologies Awarded Engineering Support Contract for the U.S. Army

Arlington, VA (Nov. 9, 2015) — Subsystem Technologies, Inc. (SUBSYSTEMs)  has been awarded a multi-million dollar contract to provide strategically planned technology and software system projects specific to the Tactical Effects, Protection and Interactive Technologies (TEPIT) Directorate at the U.S. Army Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC).

SUBSYSTEMs will continue to provide a wide range of engineering services, including training, system deployment, and software/hardware engineering for gaming and interactive software systems, emergency management systems, situational awareness and protection systems, and network-centric fires and effects systems. SUBSYSTEMs will provide life-cycle engineering support services for current and future TEPIT systems and programs.

SUBSYSTEMs Awarded Army Logistics Engineering and Product Analysis Support (LEPSA) Contract

Arlington, VA (September 22, 2015) – Subsystem Technologies, Inc. (SUBSYSTEMs) was awarded a multi-million dollar contract to provide logistics engineering and product support analysis (LEPSA) for ammunition and armament products to the Logistics Research and Engineering Directorate (LRED) Life Cycle Supportability Division (LCSD) for the Army Armament Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) at the Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. This contract continues SUBSYSTEMs work with this customer and expands the company’s logistics engineering support needed for ammunition and armament products and services for ARDEC. This is the second awarded contract for SUBSYSTEMs in the last 10 months in support of LRED, ARDEC.

Subsystem Technologies Inc. Awarded ARDEC, Rapid Prototyping and Technology Initiative (RPTI) Acquisition Contract

Arlington, VA (August 26, 2015) – Subsystem Technologies, Inc. (SUBSYSTEMs) announced it has been awarded an Army Rapid Prototyping and Technology Initiative (RPTI) contract as part of a major Joint Munitions & Lethality (JM&L) Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) Strategic Sourcing Initiative. RPTI is designed to increase the Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) responsiveness to meeting the soldier’s immediate field requirements.

Under RPTI, SUBSYSTEMs will provide the Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey ARDEC program office with materials and services necessary to support the Global War on Terror (GWOT). This vehicle supports the ARDEC mission to rapidly respond to customer needs for armament related products and services, including lethal and counter-lethal solutions for our warfighters who are on the front lines.

As one of the specialized research, development and engineering centers within the U.S. Army Materiel Command, ARDEC is an internationally-acknowledged hub for the advancement of armament technology and engineering innovation. ARDEC’s workforce provides lifecycle support for nearly 90 percent of the U.S. Army’s weapons and munitions.
