One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of governmentwide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. This suite of services contracts is available for use by agencies throughout the Federal Government who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA).

In December 2024, STI was awarded a position on the General Services Administration’s (GSA) OASIS+ Multiple Award Contract (MAC) Program under the Small Business Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) framework. This prestigious award spans across three critical domains, showcasing STI’s capability and expertise:

• • MA0001 – Management and Advisory Domain: This domain includes a full range of management and consulting services aimed at enhancing a Federal agency’s performance and assisting in meeting mission goals. STI leverages its strategic insights and management prowess to provide consultancy, organizational development, and advisory services that align with government objectives and improve operational efficiencies. The scope of this domain covers, but is not limited to, offering operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues.
  • TE0002 – Technical and Engineering Domain: Here, STI’s technical acumen is highlighted, catering to the sophisticated engineering needs, system design, and technical support required to execute government projects with the highest standards of technical integrity. This domain involves providing specific engineering, geoscience, or other technical professional skills such as those performed by engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and technicians. Services include the application of physical laws and engineering principles in design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, processes, and systems, along with providing expert advice on technical functions and issues.
  • LOG0008 – Logistics Domain: STI’s involvement in this domain underscores its logistical expertise, offering comprehensive logistics solutions. These include planning and designing, implementing, or operating systems or facilities for the movement of supplies, equipment, or people across various transportation modes like road, air, water, rail, or pipeline. This domain is vital for ensuring the seamless operation of government initiatives across various sectors.

The OASIS+ contract empowers STI to perform work at all classification levels and access requirements as dictated by the specific needs of each Task Order (TO). This flexibility allows STI to adapt to the unique security, technical, and operational demands of different government stakeholders, ensuring that each project benefits from tailored solutions that meet the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and efficiency.
