PROTOTYPE & MANUFACTURING

Our Prototype & Manufacturing practice area has been designed to complement our Engineering and Technical Services practice area by providing our engineers and subject matter experts with the facilities and equipment to design and manufacture subsystem and component prototypes and to test these prototypes for form, fit, function, and performance.

For many years, our team has engaged with the U.S. Army’s MANTECH program on their Net-Centric Model-Based Enterprise initiative to define, develop, and demonstrate Model Based Enterprise (MBE) technologies in the Army’s organic and industrial base as well as participating in the Army Accelerated Adaptive Fabrication Enterprise (A3FACE) to transform the organic industrial base to a digital model-based capability. Our most recent contribution to moving these initiatives forward is centered around the research & development of resilient smart machining solutions.

In addition, we have the capability to manufacture prototypes and limited quantity production runs through our network of manufacturing partners.
