Ray Fox has extensive experience at the FAA that makes him an invaluable asset to the Subsystems’ team. Ray oversees all Subsystems’ FAA project managers; manages all program activities on our FAA contracts; and represents the company in all management areas including negotiations and signing contracts and task orders. Ray is excels at establishing, developing, and managing client relationships.

Ray is a graduate of Brown University and has a Masters degree in Systems Management and a PhD in Leadership & Human Behavior. A naval aviator and advanced jet flight instructor, Ray brings a pilot’s perspective to the national airspace system.
