Mid-Level Program Analyst, Proposal Effort

Government consulting, no clearance required. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration. Contract Award mid March 2010. Support the implementation of Service Oriented Architecture processes to disparate information systems.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Knowlege, skills and experience in drafting program support and outreach programmatic information.

Provide and manage content for program communications in the areas of requests for program information from Congress, OMB, GAO, JPDO, The Department of Transportation's Office of the Inspector General (OIG), AJW management, other ATO service units, and industry; SWIM program website (www.swim.gov) and Knowledge-Service Network (KSN) site; and, SWIM program newsletter. Update and maintain the SWIM program plans to include the Communications Plan, Website Plan, and Outreach Plan. Review and provide inputs to OMB-300, Resource Planning Data (RPD) documents, executive-level briefings for the Joint Resource Council (JRC), and Executive Council (EC). Accompany and participate with FAA SWIM program office personnel at related conferences and meetings. Support SWIM acquisition analyses for future segments.

Required Experience:

6 years experience required in analyzing complex business or programmatic problems for resolution using systematic methodologies. A Bachelor degree in Business or other related degree. Or a minimum of 10 years of experience without degree.
