Mid-Level Enterprise Architect, Proposal Effort

Government consulting, no clearance required. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration. Contract Award mid March 2010. Support the implementation of Service Oriented Architecture processes to disparate information systems.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Knowlege, skills and experience in generic information system programatic support to implement SOA to critical but dissparate air traffic management information systems.

The Enterprise Architect conceives designs, provides functional guidance, technical support, and oversees the implementation of a company's systems development. An Enterprise Architect is responsible for designing IT architect for an organization on an enterprise level. They define system and application architect, provide vision, anticipate problems, and bring experience in solving processes and IT related issues to an organization. Produces best practice business models.

Required Experience:

Minimum 7 years IT experience. Knowledge and experience with enterprise application platforms: .NET and J2EE. Formal training in best practice process business process modeling and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Ability to interface effectively with client technical and management personnel. Strong oral and written communications skills. A Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or other related degree. OR a minimum of 15 years of experience without a degree.
