Entry-Level Business Analyst, Proposal Effort

Government consulting, no clearance required. Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration. Contract Award mid March 2010. Support the implementation of Service Oriented Architecture processes to disparate information systems.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

Knowlege, skills and experience in generic information system programatic support to implement SOA to critical but dissparate air traffic management information systems.

The Business Analyst provides financial baseline management support. Support on financial status for obligations, commitments, and expenditures, and report to the program control lead. Support with financial, contractual, and procurement reports.

Required Experience:

Entry level with at least 1 year of experience. Communication, analytical, and problem solving skills. An Associate Degree in Business or other related degree. Or a minimum of 2 years of experience without a degree.
